In a conference organized by the Argentine government entitled "Struggle, Legacy and the Future of our Rights," the Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman delivered a lecture on the rights, freedoms and the struggle of women to participate in the political life in Rosario, the largest city in the province of Santa. 

The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman reiterated that the Saudi-UAE treacherous coalition is not exercising freedom and liberation in Yemen, but occupation, domination and guardianship, calling on Yemenis to resist and reject it as a humanitarian duty.

On the sidelines of her participation in a summit on human rights in Argentina, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman met with a number of human rights activists.

The Nobel Peace Prize winner Tawakkol Karman called for an end to arms exports to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, saying that Yemen is now living the specter of hunger in a real crisis caused by the unjust war.

It is not a luxury or redundant to talk about global governance and its necessity. Rather, it is an imperative need to cope with challenges and threats to our coexistence and destiny on this small planet whose climate and biodiversity are in jeopardy, said the activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman. 

The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman stressed the need to end the war in Yemen, hold Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates accountable and compensate Yemen for the damage they caused.

The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman welcomed the German government's decision to stop arms exports to Saudi Arabia considered it as an important measure to help stop the war on Yemen.
