Tawakkol Karman Foundation has launched a new training program titled “Preparing Youth for the Workforce: AI as a Tool for Empowerment.”

Tawakkol Karman Foundation announced the official opening of the Belqees Educational Complex in Taiz, southwest Yemen, on Sunday, October 6, 2024. The facility, built and fully funded by the foundation at a cost of one billion Yemeni riyals, is aimed at addressing the country’s ongoing education crisis.

Tawakkol Karman Foundation has supported a humanitarian initiative to fund kidney transplant surgeries at the Heart and Kidney Transplant Center in Taiz, southwest Yemen.

The Leaders for Future Program, initiated by Tawakkol Karman Foundation in 2019, is preparing to launch its tenth English language scholarship tailored for busy individuals. This new scholarship follows the success of the previous nine rounds, which benefited 10,000 students from various nationalities.

Tawakkol Karman Foundation is finalizing preparations for the grand opening of the "Belqees Educational Complex" in the Al-Mudhaffar district of Taiz, located in southwest Yemen. The facility, fully funded by the foundation, is slated to open by the end of September 2024.

Tawakkol Karman Foundation has announced the launch of its "Musanada" program for 2024, aimed at empowering Yemeni youth to take an active role in their communities by providing economic opportunities and encouraging creativity and initiative.

The "Tabibi" app, supported by Tawakkol Karman Foundation, delivered over 1,200 free medical consultations during the second quarter of 2024. This effort is part of the foundation's commitment to innovative and sustainable healthcare.
