The daily star- The three female Nobel Peace laureates--Tawakkol Karman, Shirin Ebadi and Mairead Maguire –- today called for an immediate end to the “genocide” of the Rohingya people.

DHAKA (Reuters) - Three Nobel peace laureates urged Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi and the military on Wednesday to end the “genocide” of Rohingya Muslims now or face prosecution.

Three Nobel Peace laureates have visited the Rohingya camp on Ukhiya in Cox’s Bazar on Sunday. The three laureates are Shirin Ebadi from Iran, Tawakkol Karman from Yemen, and Mairead Maguire from the UK.
