Nobel Peace Prize laureate and human rights activist Tawakkol Karman has condemned the illegal practices of the UAE forces in Yemen’s areas liberated from Houthi-Saleh forces, describing them as an occupier.  

The UAE is playing with fire in Yemen and will harvest nothing but failure and loss, said Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman, noting that if the UAE does not respect the options of the legitimate authority, its forces will be seen as occupiers.

Nobel Peace Prize laureate and human rights activist Tawakkol Karman met today with Oman's Ambassador to Turkey Dr. Qassem al-Salhi, expressing her thanks for the Sultanate's efforts to achieve sustainable peace in Yemen.

At least sex children and three women from the same family have been killed and three other injured in an air strike by the Saudi-led coalition on their home in the far north of Yemen, a local health source said on Friday.

The human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize laurate Tawakkol Karman has renewed her condemnation of abductions and enforced disappearances done in Yemen’s southern provinces under the supervision of the UAE forces. 

Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman said Aden’s governor and other government members could be counted as detainees due to the role of hegemony played by the UAE forces and their militias in the interim capital of Aden.
