The human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Tawakkol Karman, has called on countries fighting terrorism to dry up its sources, saying that terrorists have no smart weapons but extremist ideologues. 

"Those who carried out the deadliest terrorism operation in history on September 11, 2001 in Manhattan had neither intercontinental missiles nor smart or non-smart weapons," said Karman on her Facebook account.

She added saying, "All they had was radical thought, and then they tries every trick in their book to get their terrorist operations done.”

Finally, she addressed the country fighting terrorism by saying: “First you have to fight against terrorism as an extremist thought by drying up its springs that are still flowing from you, and after that you would be able to present yourselves as fighters against terrorism and also as victims of it.”
