It is a great honor to be here again at Oxford University and meet prominent figures who are playing their roles in exploring issues that concern humanity such as terrorism, security and peace. 

Ladies and gentlemen, Let me begin by expressing my happiness to be with you here in Mexico, a country that has a great history and shows great determination to move towards the future with confidence. 

Before we begin, I would like to express how happy I am to be here among you. I am really pleased to be at the well-established and globally recognised University of London. Thank you for inviting me! Many thanks to the faculty members and to all of you! 

To the great Yemeni people who keep to be stable and patient despite all the pain, suffering and tragedies caused by the ongoing war, and to free Yemenis everywhere,  I salute you with greetings of freedom, dignity, revolution, citizenship and justice.
