The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman said public demonstrations in Algeria in protest against the fifth term of Bouteflika have opened a great door to change in the region, which would never close.

The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman today applauded the US Senate for its decision to end the United States support for the Saudi-UAE coalition in Yemen.

The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman called for the full withdrawal of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates from Yemen and for the end of Iranian support for the Houthi militia. 

The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman said that after the Algerian people has toppled Bouteflika's fifth term, it is now the task of the revolutionary youth to overthrow the corrupt courtiers and all the ruling mafia in Algeria.

The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman expressed surprise over Abdelaziz Bouteflika's unexplained insistence to run for a fifth term in Algeria. 

The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman expected that toppling the fifth term of Abdelaziz Bouteflika along with the ruling mafia in Algeria would mean that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman would be next.  

The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman has paid tribute to women on the International Women's Day, observed on March 8 each year.
