Over 1,470 medical consultations provided through “Tabibi” app in the first four months of 2025
More than 1,470 people have benefited from the "Tabibi" mobile application, supported by Tawakkol Karman Foundation, during the first four months of 2025. The initiative comes as part of the foundation’s ongoing efforts to deliver innovative and sustainable healthcare services.
According to the latest figures, 480 people used the app in January, 325 in February, 380 in March, and 285 in April. The “Tabibi” app offers free, round-the-clock medical consultations provided by dozens of volunteer doctors from various specialties.
The service enables healthcare professionals to respond to medical inquiries, provide advice, and guide patients through chat-based consultations—especially those who live in remote areas with limited access to medical services.
The app is one of the key health initiatives supported by Tawakkol Karman Foundation, as part of its pioneering effort to promote health awareness and offer medical support amid ongoing challenges in Yemen and the wider region.
