Nobel Peace Prize laureate and human rights defender Tawakkol Karman has strongly condemned the German government's approval of a law that allows the deportation of refugees for simply commenting on social media posts in support of Palestine.

In a statement posted on her official social media page, Karman expressed her outrage at the enactment of this law, which permits the expulsion of refugees solely based on their expression of support for the Palestinian cause.

"Nazi Germany resurfaces once again," Karman declared, drawing a parallel between the current German government's actions and the historical persecution of individuals based on their beliefs.
