On Sunday, February 18, 2024, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, will be joining a discussion on Pope Francis' encyclical "Fratelli Tutti" in Washington D.C.

The event, titled "Awakening the Soul Series," will feature a dialogue between Karman and Amets Arzallus Antia, co-author of "Little Brother: A Refugee's Odyssey." The focus of the discussion will revolve around the themes of human fraternity and solidarity presented in the encyclical.

The conversation will be moderated by Cardinal Christophe Pierre, Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, and the event will be introduced by Cardinal Mauro Gambetti, Archpriest of St. Peter's Basilica. The aim of the dialogue is to explore different interpretations of the encyclical's message.
