The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, has strongly condemned the assassination of Zia Al-Haq Al-Ahdal, a leading figure of the Yemeni , on Saturday in Taiz (southwestern Yemen).

The assassination of Zia al-Haq is a crime added to a series of political terrorism crimes against Islah party leaders across many Yemeni governates, Tawakkol Karman wrote on her official Facebook page.
