The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, has welcomed the UN decision to include the Iranian-backed Houthi militia, Myanmar's army and Assad's Syrian army in the blacklist of countries and groups violating children's rights.

In a statement on her official Facebook page, Ms. Karman described the UN decision as the truest and fairest designation of these rogue actors.
