The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist Tawakkol Karman said that the buffer zone under consideration between Yemen and Saudi Arabia should lie

deep inside Saudi territory given the fact that the Saudi monarchy is the one who waged the war on Yemen under the pretext of restoring the internationally-recognized authority.  

In a post on Facebook, Tawakkol Karman indicated the territory referred was ceded based on a well-known deal with the deposed president backed by his regime's senior aides, noting that such deal was corrupt and invalid, explaining that this is the reason why this zone should lie inside that territory.
