The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist Tawakkol Karman sent her heartfelt condolences on the death of Kuwait’s Emir, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

In her condolences on her official Facebook page, Tawakkol Karman prayed for the Emir, asking God to have mercy on him, indicating that the Emir was a man of peace and reconciliation.

“He loved his people and nation. My sincere condolences to the Kuwaiti people, their family and all his loved ones around the world,” she concluded.
