The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, held Saudi Arabia responsible for disasters, epidemics and famine in Yemen.
Tawakkol Karman, in a post on Facebook, said that "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia bears legal and moral responsibility for disasters, epidemics and famine that has befallen and still befall Yemen."
She accused Saudi Arabia of holding Yemen’s state leaders and officials as hostages.
“By doing so, Saudi Arabia has monopolized the representation of Yemen to the world,” Karman said.
