This day marks the anniversary of replacing the Arab spring with the Iranian spring when Egypt’s emerging democracy was toppled, said the human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman.
Karman pointed out that those who sponsored the replacement process will give their own capitals to the Iranian project in exchange for this replacement.
She explained that the conspiracy against the emerging Egyptian democracy through the coup against the first democratically elected president, Mohammed Morsi, has put the whole region in jeopardy, adding that the only way out of this quagmire lies in overthrowing the military regime.
