Secularism is a way of life based on freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, freedom of religion and democratic and political rights, says Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman.

In a statement on her official Facebook account, Karman said that secularism is not a dance and a bar, but a freedom of religion and expression, and democratic and political rights.
