At the invitation of Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, the human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman today traveled to Mexico to participate in an international festival of culture and leaders on March 15-18.

During the event, Mrs. Karman will lecture on how to make a positive change for a better world.

The festival of culture and leadership will take place during three days in different parts of the Mexican capital, Mexico City.

It is an annual platform aimed at revolutionizing the cultural landscape, enhancing the image of the Mexican cultural, commercial, technical and fashion industries and helping create new international business and development opportunities.

According to the festival organizers, various activities, including conferences, panels, talks, seminars, presentations, workshops and exhibitions, will be organized in many places in Mexico City. 

The Festival will be an annual international phenomenon - a global destination for those looking for inspiration from the best cultural minds.
