Nobel laureate condemns deadly airstrike by Saudi-UAE jet fighters in Hodeidah
The human rights activist Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman has condemned what she described as a massacre by the Saudi-UAE coalition in the western province of Hodeidah.
In a statement posted on her Twitter account today, Karman pointed out that at least 12 civilians, including 7 children were killed today in Hodeidah in a deadly airstrike carried out by the Saudi-UAE coalition.
She described the attack as a shocking crime, adding that such crime is added to a long list of crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen.
She also called for the trial of crown princes of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Mohammed bin Salman and Mohammed bin Zayed as perpetrators of massacres against humanity before the International Criminal Court.
