The Nobel Peace Laureate Tawakkol Karman described the thunderstorm that followed her writing about secularism was a broad and useful debate, calling for continued thinking loudly to escape the priesthood and authoritarianism under the name of religion.
On her "Facebook" page, Tawakkol said that part of those discussions had gone beyond controversial publications on secularism, and expanded to articles on the state, war, religious groups, priorities, aspirations, history and world experiences.
Karman added: “We should not forget the corner of dead people that is filled with dervishes, who were blown up by a secular publication, and the smells of mildew went out and the sleepers came out from their cave to issue statements of blasphemy and guardianship over the community at a time when they no longer enjoy the old job of the middle ages kingdom and their new master Mohamed bin Salman.”
"Go on... Think loudly and go through whatever you see important to escape this death, misguidance, priesthood, and the domination of religions and sects,” she said.
