The Brookings Doha Center is organizing a seminar entitled "From War to Famine: How to End the Struggle in Yemen?"

The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman will be the keynote speaker on Yemen at the seminar.

The seminar, which will be held in the Qatari capital of Doha on November 6, will discuss the conflict in Yemen and its future, followed by a question-and-answer session run by Al-Jazeera's English anchor, Foley Ba Tibu.

The seminar will answer a number of questions, the most important of which are: What steps should be taken to alleviate the crisis in Yemen and to end the violent conflict and to help Yemen recovers? What kind of political solution might be negotiated between the parties concerned?
