The Nobel Peace Prize winner Tawakkol Karman welcomed the US Senate's decision to stop US military support for the Saudi-UAE coalition in Yemen and unanimously approved a draft law that would hold the Saudi Crown Prince responsible for the killing of Saudi media personality Jamal Khashoggi.

"I salute this decision and consider it an important step to stop the devastating war in Yemen," said Karman on her Facebook page.
