The Nobel Peace Prize winner Tawakkol Karman said that terrorism was sponsored by Western regimes, noting that the phenomenon of Islamophobia fuels the phenomenon of terrorism and creates a new Western terrorism.

This came during her lecture, Friday evening, at the University of Florida on "Terrorism and Islamophobia."

Karman said that terrorism and tyranny are two sides of a single coin, and that the phenomenon of Islamophobia fuels the phenomenon of terrorism and creates a new Western terrorism.

Kerman stressed that the best way to fight the scourge of terrorism and eradicate it is through the fight against tyranny and Islamophobia.
