The Nobel Peace Prize winner Tawakkol Karman said that the decision to kill Jamal Khashoggi was made by Mohammed bin Salman, stressing that any sanctions that are not applied to him personally as the first person responsible for the crime will be a miserable attempt to distract from the real criminal.
