The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkul Karman condemned the closure of Al Jazeera TV channel  office in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum, by the Sudanese transitional military council.

Karman said in her official account on "Twitter": By the closure of the office of Al-Jazeera TV channel in Sudan, I can say that Hamidati and its military council have joined the list of the ousted. All the ousted Arabs closed the offices of Al-Jazeera days before their fall!”
