The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman met today with British Foreign Office spokeswoman Alison King, British Ambassador to Yemen Michael Aron, representatives of the Department for International Development and representatives of non-governmental organizations operating in Yemen.

During the meeting, they discussed the situation in Yemen and the role of women in achieving peace and security.
