Karman: The rehabilitation of human in modern science enhances sanctity of his rights to freedom and dignity
The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkul Karman said that the rehabilitation of human dignity in modern science reinforces the highest values of human being and sanctifies the rights to freedom, dignity, democracy, justice, equality and decent living.
This came in a speech during the closing session of the Nobel Laureates of Physics in the German city of Lindau.
Karman stressed that there is no separation between science and human, pointing out that this mutual and interrelated influence should be inspiring for us to fruitful communication that enriches our vision and strengthens our relations and dialogues.
Karman said: "The walls that have isolated science from the changing essence of life and isolated human being as a single object, while he/she is the center of evolution and the culmination of creative development, have collapsed.”
