The human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman has called on Twitter to relocate its Dubai office, saying it is an urgent necessity if the company wants to maintain the trust of its customers.

In a statement on Twitter, Mrs. Karman said the UAE is an immature state that ca not be trusted on the privacy of customer accounts for reason related to their misuse by the UAE government in political battles.
