The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist Tawakkol Karman has expressed her support for the Iranian revolution against the rule of the mullahs.

In a statement shared on her official Facebook page, Mrs. Karman has shown full export to protest demonstrations in Iran, describing the regime of Teheran as “the ugliest theocracy ever seen in the region”.

In the same context, she expressed her hope that Saudi Arabia will also witness a revolution overthrowing what she has called “the worst autocratic regime”.
