Karman: Iranian wisdom following killing of Soleimani prevents Tehran form fate similar to that of Iraq and Afghanistan
The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist Tawakkol Karman said that the Iranian wisdom after the killing of the Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani
has prevented Tehran from a similar destruction to Saddam’s Iraq and Taliban’s Afghanistan when it acted according to tweets of Trump who, following the assassination of Soleimani, stated that any revenge would be allowed as long as it causes no injuries.
In a statement on her official Facebook page, Tawakkol Karman mentioned that the Iranian wisdom has spared Iran unbearable consequences and attracted worldwide admiration and appreciation.
“I admit that I am among those who have been impressed by the Iranian response, even if this may have whetted America’s appetite for similar operations against targets Iranian targets from time to time,” added Karman.
She emphasized that there would be no more sensitive goal for Iran than the killing of Soleimani, pointing out that this is what America has realized well.
The Nobel Laureate pointed out that what America did in Saddam Hussein’s Iraq and Afghanistan has been taken into Teheran’s account while looking for an appropriate option in response to the killing of Qassem Soleimani.
She also thought that the carefully planned American adventure regarding the killing of Qassem Soleimani has been met with a carefully planned reaction by Iran.
