The Nobel Peace laureate and activist Tawakkol Karman strongly condemned the arbitrary detention of human rights activist Abdulrasheed al-Faqeeh at a checkpoint controlled by pro-government security men in Marib governorate in eastern Yemen.  

What is happening in Hodeidah is aimed at neither liberating the province nor restoring the Yemeni state or imposing state control and sovereignty there, said the Nobel Peace laureate and activist Tawakkol Karman.
