Human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman met on Saturday in Istanbul with Stephen Fagin, the US Ambassador to Yemen, and Gina Kassem, the Political-Economic Section Chief at the U.S. Embassy to Yemen.

During the meeting, Karman and Ambassador Fagin engaged in an in-depth discussion about the ongoing conflict in Yemen, identifying potential pathways to achieve lasting peace and prosperity in the region.
