On Monday, Karim Khan, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, announced that requests have been made to the Pre-Trial Chamber of the Court for the issuance of arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Galant. These requests are based on their responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the Palestinian territories, specifically in Gaza, starting from October 8, 2023.
