Tawakkol Karman applauds popular uprising in Iran and calls for overthrowing mullahs’ regime
The Nobel Peace Prize -winning human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, has voiced her support for the protests across Iran, and described the Iranian people as great, calling for bringing down the mullahs and their abhorrent theocracy.
Widespread protests have taken place in Iran for six days after the death of a 22-year-old woman named Mahsa Amini, who ,according to human rights activists, had received a fatal blow to the head after she was stopped by the Iranian regime's morality police for wearing indecent clothes.
