The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist Tawakkol Karman has made some remarks on the third death anniversary of the late Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi who died in a courtroom on June 17, 2019.

In a statement on her official Facebook page, Tawakkol Karman wrote to say: “On the third martyrdom anniversary of the leader Mohamed Morsi, we say: Peace be upon you on the day you were born, on the day you were martyred, and on the day you will be raised up to life again. Glory to you and disgrace to your killers!”.
