Nobel laureate condemns Houthi seizure of senior opposition leader’s home in Sana’a capital
The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, has condemned the Houthi terrorist militia’s seizure of the house belonging to a member of Parliament and the former Secretary General of the Nasserite Popular Unionist Organization, Sultan Al-Atwani.
In a condemnation statement on her official Twitter page today, Mrs. Karman expressed her “full solidarity with Sultan Al-Atwani and all those affected by the Houthi terrorism and violations”, describing the Houthi putschists as a fascist and racist group.
