The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, expressed her confidence that Ethiopia’s PM, Abiy Ahmed, would achieve a fair solution to the Renaissance Dam crisis.

In a statement on her official Twitter page, Karman said: I have confidence that the struggler, the Ethiopian Prime Minister and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Abiy Ahmed, will work on achieving a just solution to the Renaissance Dam crisis in a manner that preserves Ethiopia's interests without any damage to the interests of downstream countries.
