The human rights activist and Nobel Peace laureate Tawakkol Karman said there would be no chance for a sustainable peace in Yemen without justice against Yemen’s former President Ali Abdullah Saleh and his family, overthrown in a popular uprising in 2011.
"For the sake of a free and honorable future, we will not forget that the ousted Ali Saleh is the the source of evil in Yemen," wrote Tawakkol Karman on her Facebook page.
She pointed out that all perpetrators and accomplices should not escape prosecution and justice.
A peaceful popular youth revolution taken place in February 2011 ousted Saleh after three decades of Yemen's rule.
