Nobel Peace laureate and human rights defender Tawakkol Karman has headed to Scotland after a visit to Norway for a few days.

In a post on her Facebook page, Mrs. Karman stated she has been on her way to Scotland, stressing that the latest developments in Yemen will be at top priority. 

“I will visit the world's most prestigious universities in Scotland, and speak about what is happening in Yemen”, wrote Karman.
