Th Saudi Arabia-led military coalition fighting in Yemen has prevented Yemen’s president exiled in Riyadh, Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi from returning to Yemen’s temporary capital, Aden, placing him under house arrest in Saudi capital, stated Nobel Peace laureate and political activist Tawakkol Karman.
"President Hadi has been under house arrest in Riyadh where he is not allowed to return to Aden," wrote Karman on social media.

She revealed that the Arab coalition itself is the one that has enabled the Houthi militia and forces loyal to ousted Saleh to lead a coup against the legitimate authority, pointing out that everything is clear and known to our people.
Saudi Arabia has been leading an Arab coalition since March 26, 2015, to regain legitimacy to Yemen after the Iranian-backed Houthi militia allied with ousted President Ali Abdullah Saleh took over power in Yemen in early 2015.
