The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist Tawakkol Karman said the Lebanese revolution has redefined the Lebanese people as people above sects.
In a statement on social media, Mrs. Karman pointed out that Lebanon's revolution has conveyed a message that the Lebanese are above sects.
As clearly evidenced by the revolution, she added, the Lebanese are not driven by sects.
Karman stressed that the solution in Lebanon lies in the fall of the sectarian constitution, noting that the Lebanese people will do so.
