Following an unrelenting Israeli aggression since October 7th, a long-awaited humanitarian truce was implemented at precisely 7 o'clock in the morning on Friday in the Gaza Strip, where the devastating conflict has resulted in the tragic loss of over 15,000 Palestinian lives, including 6,150 children and more than 4,000 women, while leaving a staggering 36,000 Palestinians wounded.
The truce, set to endure for four days with the possibility of extension, encompasses significant provisions such as the release of several female and child detainees from Israeli occupation prisons, as well as the facilitation of relief aid and the supply of essential fuel to address the pressing humanitarian needs.
