Tawakkol Karman joins panel discussion entitled “Women and Conflict”
The Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist, Tawakkol Karman, is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion entitled "Women and Conflict," organized by the Aronson Center for International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
The panel discussion will be held on 30 October, with the participation of Director of the Center for Policy Innovation at Griffith University and Associate Researcher in the Center for Development Policy at the Crawford School of the Australian National University, Susan Harris Reimer, and Head of Humanitarian Normative Action and Coordination at UN Women, Funmi Balogun.
The session will be moderated by Sarah Parkinson, Assistant Professor of International Studies and Political Science at Johns Hopkins University.
