Civilians killed in Yemen’s Hajjah by Saudi-led airstrike, Tawakkol Karman deplores it as massacre
Nobel Peace Prize laureate and human rights advocate Tawakkol Karman has condemned a reported airstrike by the Saudi Arabian-led coalition on a house in Hajjah province, which killed civilians including women and children.
At least nine civilians (4 women and 5 children) have been killed following a raid by the Arab Coalition aircraft that hit the house of Mohammed Mohsen al-Zarhi in Hajjur district of Hajjah province.
In a statement on Facebook, Mrs. Karman has called for an independent, impartial and serious investigation into all the massacres affecting civilians in Yemen.
